The Northwest Home Equity Assurance Program will temporarily close our physical office effective Tuesday, March 17th, through Sunday, March 29th.
Following the guidance of the Chicago Department of Public Health, the Mayor’s Office, the Governor’s Office, Cook County, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we are also canceling and postponing all public events, workshops, and meetings effective immediately.
This decision was made as a precaution to maintain the safety and well-being of our community, internally and externally.
We are taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our team as our nation deals with the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this time, our staff will be working remotely and will continue to provide services to our members and communities through phone, email, and other forms of virtual communications. Our phones are still operational, and we are committed to continuing to respond to the needs of the community, so please contact us at 773-622-0700 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions or concerns.
In the coming days, we will be contacting all of our current program participants to update your information in our systems as we move to a more virtual community. We will continue engaging on social media, so please follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
We are closely monitoring this situation and will make additional decisions regarding closures and operations in the coming days. Please continue to monitor your emails, phones, and social media for further information.
